Extremely rude and abrupt on the phone, no wonder theyre quiet, dont use them as the guy is horrible

Great facilities and excellent service. Would highly recommend. No complaints at all and a pleasure to use. Our dogs enjoyed their time greatly :)

I had the audacity to phone this business to make an enquiry, I was greeted with have you seen the time and then cut off, admittedly it was 8.45 pm but nowhere on his website does it say, only phone during working hours or he could have simply not answered the phone, what an extremely rude man, I just hope that the dogs are not gagged after 6pm

I have used doushal kennels for about 3 years now. I was recommended Doug through another kennels as he is licensed to take my dog. A lot arent due to its breed. Straight away we became friends. He loves dogs and is so enthusiastic about any dog that stays there. He genuinely cares about the dogs and went above and beyond helping me when I had problems with one of my dogs. The kennels are relaxed and quiet which is great for any dog staying there. The tv/radio is left on for them for company and theres a great play area for them out the back. He also helps the RSPCA when they need it. A certain review on here is UTTER TOSH! I felt the need to let people know about how great Doug is with your doggie! Wouldnt use anyone else

Doug is brilliant - my dog never even looks back when he goes for his holidays at Doushal. I cannot recommend this kennel enough !
