Like a Butlins at best, so old and run down mis sold as was in a shack away from main house

A spectacular morning songbird awakening. The breakfast was delicious with cheerful, chilled music whilst enjoying a view across the grounds with ponds and immaculately kept grounds.
The bed and pillows were comfortable - coming from fussy sleepers - and the room and bathroom, whilst compact, were adequate for a short stay. Would highly recommend.
Was slightly unsure about booking because of the wedding venue element but we felt very comfortable during our stay.
Just a short drive to village and plenty of dining options. Will definitely be returning.
