        Once I made the enquiry , Mark from Misty Glaze got back to me. Cant tell you how many other trades didnt. ( we are having other work done too ). William came to measure up , told us he would be back in a couple of weeks. He phoned within that time frame and 10 days later I have a new window, in my old frame. Highly recommend this company.
