I initially sought Judiths help after having disastrous experiences with recruiters and recruitment agencies, as a result of my previous role being made redundant. These experiences caused my confidence to dip and I felt completely lost in the recruitment process, due to vast scale of expectations and ideals. To be honest, there are so many complexities in the application process for executive roles, especially in my field of work. Judith was able to guide and support the revision of my CV and to identify where my CV was not telling the fully story of my capabilities, expertise and experiences. Consequently, after working with Judith, my covering letter and CV are concise but informative, whilst being self-promoting without arrogance. I have received hugely positive feedback about my CV which wasnt as forthcoming, until I worked with Judith. The outcome of working with Judith is that, even with the competitive employment market, I am securing interviews and positive feedback. Whilst I may not have secured my next role, I can understand the reasons why; Judith worked with me to improve my interview preparations and performances, and when to acknowledge that the interview is a two-way process; it is okay to decline an offer! I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Judith to bring out the best but also acknowledge areas where more focus is required. I am more able to review and focus on my shortcomings and celebrate my successes. Even though I still experience poor interview preparations and performances by recruiters and recruitment agencies, I now realise that it is not me, it is them, which is a huge boost in my self-confidence and self-worth

Having been self-employed for over a decade I went to Judith for help with my CV and composing application letters. Her advice was both helpful and constructive and I would recommend her services to anyone who is looking to refresh their CV and/or help with an application process.
