Knutsford Veterinary Surgery

I have been using Knutsford vet for my 2 year old spring spaniel Freddie for about a year. They are really fantastic, Paul, Rachel and the whole team are really friendly and helpful. Going to the vet is always a stressful time but they just make it so much easier by being great with Freddie (and me).

Paul and Rachel at Knutsford Vets along with the rest of their team are great examples of what a good vet should be all about. Friendly, straightforward and professional, their timely advice and care helped us to effect a full recovery for our much loved dog. We'd 100% recommend this independent vet practice.

Paul and his team have been looking after my fluffy friends for over five years. Firstly, three kittens followed in quick succession by two puppies. I have always found this vets to be an extremely welcoming, happy, knowledgeable group of people. That is also in how they treat the blubbering owner with the same compassion and understanding. My two dogs have both had quite serious problems and surgeries. We have just been unlucky. Recently one of my dogs had a serious spinal issue and was rushed in as an emergency. Paul saw her at 9am did a thorough set of tests and referred Apple to the Veterinary Hospital in Frodsham, Apple has received excellent care by Luca, Head of Neurology, been MRI scanned and operated on by 4pm. She then recovered well in ICU. If not for Paul and his team it may have been a very different experience. With Pauls' knowledge and expertise we were signposted to the right person at the right place. I will always be grateful to Paul and his staff for the fast action but also the subsequent phone calls to check on her. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Our Beautiful friend Lola had an Ulcer in her eye that was causing her a great deal of distress. Its very worrying when Pugs have eyes problems. Sadly some pugs do lose an eye and we were very worried. The care we received from Paul was superb, he gently walked us through all the procedures and after a very stressful week we were happy to discover that Lolas eye had recovered. We are so grateful to Paul and his delightful team. Weve been with this practice for a few years now and although we have moved out the area we have stayed at this practice as the pet care is of the highest quality. A big heartfelt thank you to Paul and his team.

!00% Recommend Knutsford Vets in every aspect the service they give is excellent I have been using them for the past 18 months after trying two other vets and would not go anywhere else. My dog has had a lot of health problems in this time and Paul's knowledge treatment and service has gone above and beyond to help me and my dog. My dog has had several major surgeries in this time one being performed by Rachel who is also extremely proficient. I have total confidence & trust in this practice. Also Receptionists & Nurses are professional and lovely never had a problem getting an appointment, no problem with parking good location, I travel 50 mile round trip & can honestly say they have given me & my dog exceptional service every visit.
