AVEC Cookers ~ Aga Reconditioning Specialists ~ Everhot Main Agents

We took delivery very recently of a new Everhot 120i from Avec. As former Aga owners we were still a bit unsure about moving to Everhot. The staff at Avec were brilliant at answering all of our questions, using their own experience of both Aga and Everhot to explain fully and without any pressure everything we wanted to know. They involved us in not one but two cookery demonstrations and all of this with no certainty that wed end up buying anything. The bottom line is that Avec is staffed by people who know what theyre talking about, are pleasant and helpful and enthusiastic about what theyre selling. And theyre not pushy. If youre thinking about Everhot or Aga youll go a long way to find a better place to shop.

The chaps came came out yesterday and installed my Aga. The whole customer experience from order through to installation & commissioning was 10/10. The chaps were knowledgable, professional, clean, tidy, safe and have expert product knowledge. This is the reason I bought my 2nd Aga from them. This is the third Aga I have purchased from Avec , over the years I would go anywhere else .the service professionalism and knowledge is amazing nothing is ever a problem for them . Very highly recommended.

Avec Cookers were faultless to deal with, the whole experience from start to finish was easy and nothing was too much trouble. Everhot now fully installed and so the learning begins , but I know that should there be any questions Avec Cookers are only at the end of the phone and would be more than happy to help. Thank you to everyone for everything, the whole team were great.
