Purcased a beautiful armchair. The colour is true teal. Assembly is easy, just have to screw in the legs (also comes with Alan key) Comfortable to sit on- firm yet soft. Really pleased with this purchase.

I ordered a garden gazebo from this company and the delivery date was 2-3 weeks. We're now in week 5 and no sign of the gazebo. I have sent two messages and have been fobbed off on both occasions, the last advising that the manager Paul will contact me, that was 6 days ago and I'm still waiting. Not sure if this is a legitimate website, so be careful! I have sent one more message today and if no joy I'll have to claim the money back from my credit card and report this company.

It would have been 5 stars for the actual company. However, the product is really disappointing. We ordered the Wallace garden ornament to go with our collection and he is smaller than the others! After waiting so long for him to arrive we kept him but he is so out of proportion compared to the other ornaments in this collection i.e Gromit, Shaun and Feathers so he is located on his own
