        Lovely staff. Got an coffee from machine, didnt have lids for the smaller cups went back to my car to continue my trip and the lady went out to find me at the carpark as she managed to find small lids These little details make the difference

        Have been searching high & low for Bertie the dog teddy sold at WHsmiths. Terry was so very helpful and his colleague who managed to locate one for us, we have a very happy daughter thank you Terry & colleague for going that extra mile

        Brave lady holding down the fort who was welcoming and helpful to me. I've been on the road (work in key transport) for days and there's no hotels open and finding food and toilets is becoming very difficult and nerve racking even when you do. Exemplary customer service and keeping truckers, couriers and key workers moving when hot food is scare. WH Smith please stay open and keep the sandwiches coming for us!

        Bought this @3:27 AM on 22/01/2019. 2 months out of date. I think someone should go round and check the expiry dates. I should have checked before buying. So do check the date if you're buying.
