Cherry Tree Gentle Farewells

We sadly lost our beautiful ragdoll cat Pebbles at nearly 16 years old. She hated going in the car and the vets, so i didn't want her last moments to be spent there. Cherry tree have put a lot of effort into making the whole process as simple and empathetic as possible with the minimum of contact needed at a difficult time. Everyone we had contact with was absolutely lovely and the vet who sent Pebbles on her way was so calm and unobtrusive.the whole focus was on making sure pebbles was as calm and relaxed as possible. She explained everything fully so we knew what to expect. It really was as if pebbles just went to sleep and we were with her right to the end. It was the best possible end to her long and happy life that we could have wished for. Afterwards we were given the choices about what to do with her ie how to get her to their van which was really important. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, they treated pebbles with so much care and respect and we were able to collect her ashes the next day which has allowed us to deal with our grief and not have the process protracted for weeks. Adam and the team took great care in Georgia and ourselves. The process was explained and options for caskets were given. For what is a horrible time in a pet owners life, cherry tree was a calming and pleasant place to be. We received Georgia back the same day

A 5 service that made one of the most difficult decisions that little bit easier. We saw Nicola for a quality of life check, she was very thorough, kind and gave us the time and confidence that we were making the right decision for our boy. On our second visit we were greeted at the door by Nicola, Sandra and Jess, thank you for making our arrival feel normal, you were all very respectful and kind. Nicola explained the process throughout and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye, she really is amazing and we can't thank her enough. We returned later that day to bring our boy home and again were given a very personalised, respectful service. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gentle Farewells or Cherry Tree to others when the time sadly comes, it truly is a service like no other. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts to Sandra and Nicola, from having to make the phone call to the beautiful surroundings of the surgery both Sandra & Nicola were incredible. I cant thank you enough for all you did for us and Trixie. David thank you again for everything.

Thank you Nicola for your kindness and help when the time came to say farewell to our beautiful girl, Tilly. You treated her, and us, with such tenderness that the end was as calm and peaceful as it could have been. Thank you, Chris & Janice.
