Bought a new flat in a converted office building which was not intended for residential use. Lots of metallic structures that expand when is warm outside then you can't sleep at night because those contract when cools off. Very loud banging noises and feels like the walls are going to collapse. Repeatedly violations of the lease rules by so many residents and all they can do is to send some letters every few months but no action is taken. The car park is like in the middle of a dumpster and they charge us regularly for maintenance. No replies to emails or complaints. Don't touch them.

Terrible service, I wouldn't recommend. Lots of issues that are continuously ignored.

Just your typical money machine making company with zero in return and expenses. Everything is all good until they convince you to buy a property than you are non existing. Firstly, completion date was missed with no excuse or any valid reasons. Then took about 6 months and repeated emails to sort out some snagging issues in a newly build flat. There's been a lots of issues with a building that was converted to residential use but clearly was not intended for that. Emails are ignored, service charge is rolling every 6 months but not much is done in return. Car park is just a construction site and we pay a lot for "improvements and maintainace" regularly but is not fit for purpose. Completely disgrace.
