I will admit to being a bit alarmed judging from previous reviews but was put at ease by the quick response via email from Harriett. She explained their phone lines were not operating due to telephone phones being down. There was a mobile number available for queries. I placed an order Tuesday night for some vinyl flooring and it was confirmed Wednesday, delivered Friday no issues

Ordered 10 packs of flooring (300). No confirmation email at all, or anything about delivery. Didn't hear a word. Recieved an email a few days later claiming that they had half a pallet left, but this was apparently damaged during picking, and not one pack survived, and no more available..(it is discontinued on most websites) So they are unable to fulfil the order. Refund issued but yet to arrive. Physical address on website seems to have been kept deliberately vague but when you do find it on google maps it shows Amazing Flooring as "closed". If they are a reputable company they need to build into their website an automated email facility with confirmation and delivery info (like every other sales website in the world) and don't advertise things which are not in stock.. (As i strongly suspect the story about it being damaged is BS which again speaks volumes about the integrity of the company) would not recommend. Even if a company is 100% legitimate how can you not get a confirmation email when you have just paid 300 on a card..
