Very disappointed with the communications. Had booked a stargazing kayak experience, scheduled to start at 9pm. When we could not find anyone at the meeting place we called and after some attempts got through to a not too friendly person telling us we had missed it as it had started an hour earlier and at a different place. He informed us we had received a text and email about those changes. It is true, we did receive both. But the text message contained a link to the original booking details with no changes. The email still had the heading with the original timings and only in small print had the changes in a sentence before going back to the original information in bold. Of course, we should have looked more carefully at every sentence. But the communication really could have been clearer and the service more friendly. After all, we had paid 95 pounds for this experience.
