        We came here for the second time and it was mad busy!!! Luckily found a table upstairs had some good sandwiches along with good service. Coffee and cake to follow which all tasted super but was disappointed with my 5 carrot cake which came as a tasy but quite small pile of mostly crumbs, so alas cannot confirm the best carrot cake I have had! Or give 5 stars . Vegetarian options: Good veggie sausage baps

        Regularly visit this tearoom. The canalside views are wonderful and the village itself is in the middle of the countryside. The food, drinks and service are very good and would rate 5 if the tariff had not risen so much recently (though this is understandable). Will continue to recommend and to go but maybe slightly less frequently. Parking: You can normally get a space and there is quite a bit of on road parking
