There is nothing I can write that hasn't already been said by other people who have been unfortunate to experience APPM other than Powells haven't got the property THEY live in through being honest. As for this employee character Alison, personally a management course wouldn't go amiss & neither would a course on manners. Avoid this business at all costs. I couldn't post this review unless I gave a star rating so feel privileged you got a 1 star.

After a disappointing first encounter where they ended up giving us our deposit back due to their mistakes. We decided to try and give them a second go but found Alison abrupt, rude and lacking in all customer service abilities. To the point of refusing us a viewing on incorrect information.

Weve only just moved into one of their properties, but after a really nasty experience with a previous agent and an ill-maintained house, dealing with Angela Powell has been such a breath of fresh air. Really kind and personable, responsive, professional, and the house itself is beyond lovely. Were looking forward to many years here!
