Women Mean Biz & We Mean Biz networking community hosted a Leadership Team Away Day for all the individual group Leadership teams to come together at Heywood House. We made the most of the glorious setting and started our day with a net-walk - thankfully we had the most beautiful blue sky day so it was very much enjoyed by everyone. We even got to see some deer in the next field at the back of the building. The rest of our day was mostly spent in The Treasury meeting room, with lovely views across the lawns to the lake. The AV equipment is excellent, the staff very professional and attentive, and we finished with a delicious buffet lunch in the room which was very clearly labelled for those with special dietary requirements. Nothing was too much trouble! I'm sure we will be back for more leadership meetings in the future.
