A brilliant business group - I'd advise every SME business manager/owner to join, if geographically relevant. We've been members of many different groups, this (plus one other) are the only memberships that I class as 'no-brainers'. Thus far, I've met genuinely interesting, interested and thought provoking people (many membership organisations are just a hunting ground for consultants/service providers, but this isn't). The membership has helped me find and successfully apply for grants (which prudently total at least 100-fold return on the membership fee), and my business now has strong direction where there once was only vague intention. As I say, membership for SMEs is a 'no-brainer'.

I like the personal contact and the meetings that weve had. Also the regular quarterly update training meetings as well. I've been to one so far but I found it very useful. We're still a work in progress because I joined them in July, however I can see that progress is happening already. I went on their strategy course and will now do a follow up one to one to implement what we learnt. It's quite nice to have a sounding board to make you accountable. It's also the free training and access to grants, they seem to be at the forefront of knowledge there. They just seem to be in the know and I think that really helps myself and my clients.

Inspire took the time to get to understand our business and the sector we operate in before tailoring suggestions and advice that will help us improve.

ESPA have been involved with Inspire for about 4 years now. Since the launch of the Elite programme we have gained a massive momentum through both the networking and direct business advice and support. For companies on a growth track, they are a vital partner to have along with you for the ride!
