Route 24. Bicycle repair and maintenance

Andy was great, very helpful from the moment we contacted him. We had a problem on a carbon fibre bike, which other bike repairers would not touch, but Andy made the repair which required some additional carbon fibre being added to make good the original frame. In addition, there were several other items Andy repaired / replaced at a very reasonable cost, which was all done speedily. At all times Andy updated us with the how the repairs were going plus any additional problems he found. When dropping off & collecting the bike Andy went out of his way to be available out of working hours, so it was convenient to us. Thanks again Andy

Andy was super helpful. I got in touch in a panic because my disc brakes were unbelievably noisy and ineffective after travelling to the area. Andy did all he could at short notice to improve things. Unfortunately the solution was new brake pads but Andy told me where I could buy them locally and have them fitted. His advice was spot on and I was up and running later the same day. Andy clearly knows his stuff and has all the tools needed to help.
