Ordered racking in April and have not received the goods. No one there to answer the phone and no emails being replied back to but they are happy to take payment. I will be initiating legal processing shortly to get my money back. Avoid - FRAUD company

ordered 2 x shelving units in June received 1 within a couple of weeks but still waiting for the other? Its now september and although initial communication was ok under the circumstances, this company is now ignoring all emails i have been sending for the last week ! very frustrating!! either send the goods i paid for 3 months ago or send my refund !!!

Initial service: seemingly very good - quick response to email enquiry. Non-delivery response: initially interested when I first raised the issue. Later responses: none whatsoever from the company....I repeatedly emailed asking for a refund when my shelves didn't arrive and also left a message (regrettably no-one to speak to, just an answerphone). Final resort: asked PayPal to pursue a refund on my behalf....only then did the shelves arrive....no explanation...no apology...sadly v bad experience.
