received 1 within a couple of weeks but still waiting for the other?
Its now september and although initial communication was ok under the circumstances, this company is now ignoring all emails i have been sending for the last week !
very frustrating!!
either send the goods i paid for 3 months ago or send my refund !!!

Non-delivery response: initially interested when I first raised the issue.
Later responses: none whatsoever from the company....I repeatedly emailed asking for a refund when my shelves didn't arrive and also left a message (regrettably no-one to speak to, just an answerphone).
Final resort: asked PayPal to pursue a refund on my behalf....only then did the shelves arrive....no explanation...no apology...sadly v bad experience.
