Yoga with Emily

Yoga with Emily is really accessible for all levels. Emily is online and back in the studio making it super easy to get to a class in a way you feel comfortable with. I recently attended one of Emily & Fayes yoga brunches and it was such a great half day, from beginning to end. Such a chilled event, the perfect balance of yoga, meditation and amazing food. Couldnt have asked for more! L

I suffer with migranes and tension headaches daily so I booked in an Indian Head Massage with Emily, in the hope it would help. Emily is a lovely person and creates the perfect atmosphere for you. She also has her own chill out playlist. And it did, I now feel really relaxed, lighter, happier. Safe to say that I am glowing on the inside and out. I will be floating all day now :) I will be booking again Thank you

Yoga with Emily is one of my favourite times of the week. That hour of peace calm and welcome on a Monday night helps get me through the rest of the week. Emily is a great teacher. Patient encouraging and supportive. I come out of class feel calmed but reenergised.

Fantastic experience with 1-1 Yoga Sessions with Emily, which has really given me the confidence to get back to classes. Emily is warm, friendly, punctual, and most of all a master of her craft.yoga. I loved our session and would recommend her to anyone.

I attended my first yoga session today with Emily and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Emily is so welcoming and friendly and happy to offer assistance if you need it. The class had such a calm and relaxed atmosphere from start to finish with the help of soothing background music and Emily guiding you through every step of the way! I'm suprised at how much better I feel physically and mentally after just one session. I would highly recommend it for those who struggle with anxiety as it really helps you focus on your breathing. I'm very much looking forward to my weekly Yoga sessions from now on thanks Emily!
