Weve used this company several times for our boiler service, always very happy. This year we also had our wood burner serviced and the chimney swept. There was a slight issue which was resolved speedily to our complete satisfaction. They are assured of our continuing custom.

We have just had a wood burning stove from Contura installed. From the initial advice we received in the showroom, to the contact from the company in preparation for the installation, to the installation itself the experience has been first class. Dan and Rory were brilliant, really attending to detail and making sure that any questions we had were answered. A five star experience. We would heartily recommend.

We had a Woodwarm Phoenix Firegem multi fuel stove installed last week by Think Energy Ltd and I can't recommend the company, the service, the installation team and the product more highly. From the time the team arrived, to the time they left, we were kept fully informed as the job progressed. Given options on the fine details of the installation, as and when they presented themselves. Which in turn resulted in the end product being exactly what we wanted. The three man team of Dan, Rory and Callum shared skills that completed the job to a very high standard and we can't thank them enough for their professionalism while working at our property. We would not hesitate to recommend Think Energy to anyone considering using the company.

After being undecided about which heating option to place into our forever home, we sat down with Rich at Think Energy and discussed many options. We went for the Air Source Heat Pump, with underfloor heating. As we were stripping the house right back, we were advised by Rich with regards to insulating the house correctly to ensure full efficient use from the heating system. Must admit I was very unsure about the Air Source heating, as I am a cold person even in the summer, I have my coat on! We moved in just before Christmas, and we have never had to turn the heating on upstairs in our house. The underfloor heating works a dream and sends the heat through the rest of the house. Efficiency wise, our previous house we were paying for electric and Coal, this system may have been the more expensive option, but currently due to its use its saving me money compared to what we were paying in out previous house.
