service with a smile from jodie. whole process of the passport application done in just a few pleasant moments, saved an old dinosaur from the frustrating online process. photo done, application done and checked, sent by jodie 10/01/23....regular updates on progress, received back 17/01/23 so seven day turnaround. thank you so much.

Awful experience here. Staff was more bothered about stuffing her face than helping me for something that would not take long at all. Spoke to a member of Tesco staff terribly too. Very Rude woman.
