        I took my phone in for a replacement screen as it was cracked, however Phone World found that it was just the glass protective screen that was cracked, and the phone was fine. They could have kept quiet about this and charged me for a new screen, however they were honest with me and pointed out the damage. This was commendable, and cheaper than a replacement screen. Thank you
