Pattinson Estate Agents Hexham

Been house hunting for a while. Genuinely shocked how often I've tried and failed to view some Hexham properties. Agents just not returning calls. Emails just never being answered. I've watched some properties go down and down in price while thinking...I'd put in a bid if only you'd let me go and see it. The poor vendors! I had one absolutely bizarre experience with a well-known Hexham agent. I just don't understand the trade and why, when you're dealing with hundreds of thousands of pounds - you're not treating every call/email as a potential big money deal. Anyway - five stars to Keith Pattinson. The only agent, so far, who has not only answered phones and got back to me in a timely manner - but has also even processed emails and offers outside of working hours. It's appreciated.

Just exchanged contracts on my house and collected the keys. Mark went out of his way several times to show us the property before the exchange. He has went above and beyond through the process, been super helpful and has great knowledge of the area. He is an asset to the company!! Thanks again.
