        I had a particular tyre I was needing and the staff were particularly patient and helpful in securing and fitting it to my vehicle. I was treated courteously at all times and I have no hesitation in recommending this branch of ATS.

        You charged me 38 for wheel balancing and didn't do it. When I returned the vehicle you checked and corrected the front leaving the rear unbalanced. I paid another garage to balance them and the car is now running smoothly. It is fraudulent to charge for a service that has not been given, I have made a request for a refund to your customer complaints department.

        Rude and abusive. Looked at their website, found a set of tyres, rang the nearest branch to ask how long it would take to get them in Quoted a higher price than online, queried this and had to listen to an arrogant rant about my stupidity. Well, whoever you are (and they'll trace you), there's a letter on its way to your HR department.
