Absolutely wonderful group and Consultant . Full of support , new ideas and a very relaxing none judgemental environment. Ive lost 5.5 stone and am nearing target but will continue to be part of my SW family for ever. Its the way for my success to continue . Though my journey has been throughout the Covid time Ive managed to keep going with Carolines wonderful attitude never giving up on anyone devising very positive zoom classes and giving each one of us time and advice . Anyone who really wants to lose weight dont give up its achievable if I can do it you can . Im a new person as my confidence has grown and for the first time since my teens feel good in my own body. Im fitter than ever using body magic which sounds like hard work but isnt. Im healthier now and eat more food than ever and I look forward to every meal . You can live a normal life , eat out have your treats but most of all you learn to relax about food something Im so happy about . This is not a diet , its learning about food as a way of looking after yourself and never going hungry .

Really enjoy the class..caroline is so encouraging and motivated .. first class. So knowledgeable and cheerful and class motivation from other is amazing .really feel good and determined on leaving..would recommend to anyone ..

This has been my saviour for the past 8 years we have a fabulous consultant Caroline and amazing support from our SW members 1 big family everyone is so friendly and very welcoming we are very proud of our slimming world group I drive a 2 hour round trip every Monday to my group there are plenty groups local to me but Hexham group is the best .
