        Following the sudden and unexpected passing of my wife I visited the premises to find the premises closed. By chance Mark the owner saw me as he was about to drive away in his van. I was deeply upset and Mark opened specially for me. I cannot express how much that meant to me. I was provided with clear excellent advice. Unlike a competitor there was no pressure or comments about others service just thoroughly professional service. From first meeting Mark I had decided the order was going to him and his company. I consider myself to be a very good judge of character. Mark kept me informed throughout the process. My wifes memorial stone is absolutely beautiful and a fitting tribute to her life and the person she was. Thank you for everything to particularly Mark and staff at J B Coleman Ltd. and Art of Stone Memorials, Blyth
