        Awful customer service, refused the return of an item ordered online. I had to get the manufacturer involved to resolve.

        Awful, simply awful. Order for a small Grohe placed 1 month ago. Chased 5 times by email/phone. After 3 weeks, got a placeholder email well get back to you and still nothing. Surprisingly sub par for London I hope this review does 2 things: 1) makes buyers aware 2) prompts better service by WZ
