We choose Richard James for our windows because right from day one we were impressed with their professional and friendly service. We were invited to their workshop to meet the team and see how the windows were to be manufactured. Their advice was invaluable and communication was excellent right from quote to installation. Installation went smoothly and they did a fantastic job. We are very happy with our windows and can not recommend Dan and his team highly enough..... looking forward to our phase 2!

Highly recommended. We are delighted with our new front door, which is a replica of the original Edwardian door. All those involved were highly professional, efficient and really friendly and good to work with.

We needed to replace a metal up and over garage door and our front door. We wanted to go back to traditional wooden doors that would be in keeping with our traditional semi. From the moment we contacted the team for design and concept ideas right through to project completion we have beer impressed and extremely satisfied with their professional, quality of work and communication throughou. It was evident after the initial consultation the team are committed to offering the highest quality of product and design, delivered with the very best levels of customer service.
