Absolutely gorgeous boutique in the heart of Hexham. Sarah creates stunning pieces of jewellery with passion and care. The staff in the boutique are all lovely and friendly and the place is stylish and contemporary making it hard to stop looking at all the beautiful pieces on display.

My wife and I both worked with Sarah to create the most beautiful, perfect bespoke engagement rings, and then again for our weddings bands too. Thoroughly enjoyed the process, 5 star service all round. Sarah and her team are so friendly, responsive and you can really tell she is passionate about what she does. If you want something no one else has, Sarah is the one for you! The most gorgeous, unique, high quality designs, cannot recommend enough. We were in constant communication via email and WhatsApp, which was a smooth and stress free process. We popped into her boutique in Hexham a few times too, which if you are able to, definitely recommend! You have been warned however, as you will want to purchase everything! I cannot recommend SHJ highly enough. This is my " go to " place for presents. I have ordered on line ( very efficient service ) and bought from the delightful shop. It is so refreshing to be able to gift something that is not mass produced but handcrafted, beautiful and yet reasonably priced . The various gifts have been very well received indeed. I cannot thank Sarah enough for the bespoke pendant she made for me it is one of my most treasured possessions. I gave Sarah some gold jewellery that belonged to my late mother, treasured but dated in style, so never worn. Sarah used the gold to handcraft a pendant to my exact specifications. I wear it all the time in remembrance of my dear Mum. Thank you SHJ x

I have kept coming back to Sarah time and time again for special pieces of jewellery, because not only are they beautifully crafted, bespoke and individual, but her knowledge, adaptability and craftsmanship are second to none. Sarah had always been able to understand what Ive wanted to achieve (even when Ive not been able to describe it very well), and been able to suggest materials, stones and fixings which I hadnt even considered. Each piece Ive purchase, whether from the display or custom made is adored by my wife, and I can vouch for the durability because she wears them all the time!! This is a fantastic independent business, and whilst I would like to keep Sarah and her team as Hexhams best kept secret, I would highly recommend!
