        Very slow prep service, lack of communication and didn't find they worked in best interest of my business. Turnaround of stock to shipment was 6 weeks in one case, told multiple times the pallet would be arranged. Had very high hopes at initial stages due to how 'automated' APEX claimed to be but didn't live up to the hype.

        Thought Id try this prep centre as they are the cheapest on the market but you get what you pay for. 6 week minimum turn around for shipments and no communication. Thousands of pounds worth of my stock damaged in their warehouse which has crippled my business. Very poor service.
