Five stars from our family. We moved dental practices due to excessive anxiety, fear of pain, worry from previous experiences. We read the website and where reassured Dr Kushbah had experience of handling patients with anxiety or worry. Very happy with the way we have been made to relax, breath, relax and open wide The work was faultless along with the confidence in their abilities to do the job X

As an individual who has an uncontrollable fear of dentists, Im so very lucky to have found this lovely dentist. Previously I had seen her in a practice in Consett and was so upset I couldnt get back into that practice in Consett only to find that it was meant to be! I phoned the practice in Hexham in a desperate state. I had an infection around the root of my tooth. They accepted me as a client. When I walked in and saw the dentist, I could have cried! There she was, the wonderful dentist Id been trying to get seen by in consett had bought the practice in Hexham. Shes the most caring and calming dentist. Fabulously skilled at both dentistry and people skills. If youre terrified, go to this practice. I had to have my tooth removed and it didnt hurt at all, not even the local anaesthetic! If I could have given more stars, I would!!!!

I Would highly recommend this dentist, the staff are all super friendly and made me feel very comfortable from the minute I walked in, they gave me great advice and Im very happy with my treatment:) I have nothing but good things to say!.

Came here for another check up recently. All the staff were lovely and nice to see the improvements in service with the new owner. I quite like the plants, unfortunately these are not for sale.

I am a tad delayed on this review however I honestly cannot recommend this practise highly enough. After a rather traumatic experience involving chipping half of one of my front teeth out, I was in desperate need of help. I was recommended this practise and as soon as I contacted them, in a rather emotional state, I knew why. From the initial engagement with the lovely girls on reception to arranging the appointment and then the consultation and repair, the process was seamless and commendable. @drzainremy didn't only reassure me, he listened attentively and fully empathised with my situation. I am so pleased to say, the work completion was superb and my smile has returned. The attention to detail was out-standing. This practise is ran by geniuses and I am extremely grateful for their help not only visually but also restoring my personal confidence. Thank you so much and I am thrilled to be a continual customer in their port folio. Thank you to all the team.
