I don't ever normally put post on or reviews come to that, I have a great fear of dentist and like a lot of people had life changing 2 plus some years, I got an emergency appointment as I was in such pain. From Billy who took my call to Katie removing my tooth. Thank you . You made me feel relaxed and you were very friendly which calmed me. Thanks again

Absolutely disgraceful service! I was supposed to of been referred for an X-ray months ago for a wisdom tooth extraction which failed to happen. Was told I was supposed to do it yet was told otherwise just a total lack of communication and a incompetent dentist! Rang again today to see what the problem was as tooth is far to severe to cope with daily life and once again told they'd look into it and I'd get a call back and still no call back I give up hope, if someone can't do a simple task as a call back what hope does your teeth have! Was once a top dentist back in the day but after certain dentists retired and staff left it turned Into the worst practice such a shame do not come here if you want your teeth to be taken care off just a lack of care and neglect! and leave their patient's in unimaginable pain just like I am with a rotten wisdom tooth
