Gem of a shop. Excellent prices and a great experience, I always look forward to going down and filling up my jars. 5 stars, every town needs a filling station.

I am so happy to have this shop in Hexham town centre. Eco-friendly products and a really good range of pantry goods. Friendly service, and a pleasure to shop there. Well done!

Went to The Refill Station today as keen to get in there on their opening day! Beautifully laid out shop with good system of 1 in, 1 out, with hand sanitiser at the door, which helped my covid stress. I brought my own containers and filled them myself, so no obligation to fill anything to the top etc! You can buy reusable containers there or use paper bags. Great range of dried carbs, spices and herbs, baking products, chocolate, cleaning and sanitary products. Some eco and responsibly sourced products pre packaged too, such as Clipper hot choc and jar sauces. Would recommend! Well done these guys for opening in such a stressful global situation! I wish you every success.

Great range of products and a brilliant way to shop and reduce plastic. Website is easy to navigate and can collect in store. Very friendly family run business.
