We recently had our old conservatory replaced with a stone-built garden room. JLK Property Maintenance Ltd conducted this work. Dan and Colin are excellent, very conscientious, punctual and friendly lads, supported by the resolute Jenny working behind the scenes ensuring everything was organized appropriately. Dans knowledge, building expertise and abilities were second to none and were equally supported by his tenacity to ensure we got what we wanted, keeping us appraised of all aspects of the building work as it progressed, explaining how things would be done. Colin was equally as expert in his main field of heating and water systems and supported Dan unswervingly in all aspects of the build. Nothing was ever too much trouble and when asked about undertaking any additions to the original schedule of works, were only too happy to accommodate these if possible. Overall, we are extremely happy with the work that was undertaken from start to finish and would 100% recommend JLK to anyone.

Used JLK Property Maintenance to replace our roof, fascia boards, guttering and to repoint the rear wall and gable end of the house as well as some other smaller building tasks. Having received a competitive quote where they sorted out everything from scaffolding and waste skips to having supplies delivered ready for the works to commence; the work was scheduled in, and as happens in many jobs, once underway some snags were encountered that required some additional work, helpful advise was given by the lads and the additional works completed. We are really pleased with the professional way things have been handled and the quality of the work, these guys do a fantastic job and the job isnt complete until the customer is satisfied. Excellent work, carried out to the highest professional standards, while repointing Victorian stonework. The house has been transformed and consequently several neighbours have requested work from Daniel and the team. Everyone involved was unfailingly helpful, including unplanned work on ridge tiles/slates, plus removal and clearing up difficult materials. I highly recommend JLK.
