A member of your team rang me by appointment, absolutely on time, and went through the whole form with me.
I don't think many people can comprehend how hard it is to come to terms with your own disability, let alone fill in a form saying I can't do this or this or this. With your help I could be totally honest without feeling humiliated or depressed.
I have been awarded pip at enhanced rate for care and mobility.
I have always considered myself to be a strong independent woman, with your help I could get help without having to lose this feeling.
