I went to buy an 5 series and ended up with an X5. Peter was the sale man and sorted everything out. Extremely professional in every way. I would definitely recommend and I will go back to them first when I'm looking at changing my car.

This was my first purchase through Northumbria Prestige and was one of the best purchase experiences I've had. Steve, who looked after me throughout the sale, was incredibly helpful, caring, patient and understanding. Can't recommend these guys enough!

I called Northumbria Prestige about purchasing a car with them. I offered to pay a deposit to hold the car, they told me I didn't need to, I was the first person to show any interest and they would let me know if anyone else came to view it. I lived about an hour away so wasn't able to go to view the car until the weekend. They told me they were a family ran business and would look after me. The lady I spoke to told me they couldn't match an offer I had received for on my current car and advised me to sell elsewhere, so I did. Later that day they phoned me to tell me they had sold the car. The advised they didn't want my current car on part ex (I already knew this hence why I committed to sell it elsewhere) they said they person who bought the car wanted finance and they would get commission from that so sold it to him. I told the lady I had sold my car on her advice, she laughed and said she could only apologise. Terrible customer service.
