Hyperactivities Bouncy Castle Hire Norwich

We pre booked in 2021, for an event this year, 2022. At first all seemed well, helpfull in email communications which led to us booking. However, upon chasing up over a month before our hire date, about a generator as requested at time of booking, we have found out that they do not supply generators or anything to power the castle outside in fields anymore and now have had to cancel our booking, if we had not reached out we would have been severley disappointed on the day. The website does not state anything about power supplies and after our email communications i was expecting better. Over all disappointed and frustrated that we now have to source another supplier.

Thanks for the weekend Kids loved having a castle in our own garden!! Extra bonus that we got the slide one Will definitely do this again though the summer

Would definitely recommend - delivered on time, friendly & professional service. Castle was fully sanitised before we could use and in great condition. Website is so simple to use and book. Will certainly be using them again
