I had issues with my water pump system, but rather than just send someone round I was given really helpful clear advice and an email with written instructions as to how I could resolve it myself. The offer of a site visit remains open. Previous service has been excellent and very reasonably priced. A really trustworthy local company. Highly recommended.

I have used TW Page for the past 5 years and have always been looked after exceptionally well. However . . . today they somehow managed to surpass even their own excellent service standards. I phoned Stephen (hope thats spelt correctly) mid afternoon today and explained out bore hole wasnt delivering supply. He advised me all his team were flat out and he had no room for manoeuvre, However he would see what he could do. We resigned ourselves to not having water for probably a week or so . . . Such is life. Around 6pm a van pulled outside my gates (we live literally in the middle of Thetford Forest, and have no neighbours, so a van turning up in the dark unannounced sounds alarm bells!). Then my mobile phone rings . . . T W Page here, Im sitting outside your gate! This poor sod had finished for the day and was driving home when Stephen contacted him and asked if he wouldnt mind turning around and driving miles in the opposite direction to see if he could fix our problem. Not only did he fix it but set everything up properly again and explained to me how to to keep a check on the system. I thought the days of service like this were long gone! Wish Id asked the engineers name so I could mention him in person. Wish I could give them fifty stars! Well Done!!! Service: Pump repairs & installation
