Very understanding and compassionate. Amazingly wide range of urns etc to suit everyone. Fast service too and whilst I hope to not have to use their services for a very long time theyll be my first call when that happens. Many thanks.

After reading all the lovely reviews I am truly saddened by our experience , After the lovely treatment we got from our vet we arrived here the guy in reception was very abrupt he asked where our dog was and we said in the car he came out to look and abruptly said I need a trolley he lumped our poor dog on the trolley like he was moving a sack of rubbish , there was no Empathy towards us who were visibly heartbroken and not towards our beautiful beloved friend , we were appalled by the way the whole thing was treated, a I will never ever use this service here again and I will be making sure I will be passing this information around

We lost our little dog Murphy after nearly 17yrs, he was a beloved member of the family, he was collected from the vet's and cremated by Norfolk pet crematorium and returned to us in a beautiful carved box with his name plaque and a certificate of his cremation, it means a lot to us knowing he was treated with respect on his final journey

Not happy with the service we received at all! On arrival to bring our beloved dog to be cremated we were starred at and shouted across the car park by a rough looking man to come into an outbuilding out the back and not into the main reception. He then proceeded to ask some details about our dog. He didnt even ask the breed or if we needed any help with moving her. We then asked about the boxes available to put her in and we then had to choose from some that were already cremated sitting on his desk and waiting to be picked up by their owner. We later found out only because we were left standing around waiting for someone to help us that in the main reception theyve obviously spent a lot of money on doing up the room putting glass cabinets in there and showing what choices of boxes there are and other memorable trinkets. Not once were we shown into reception to see this. We then had to collect her from said outbuilding by a different man. Not once were we spoken to with any compassion or sympathy. They personally seem as if they didnt care. We wont be using this service again. Its gone down hill from previous visits.
