        Have left my 80 year old mum and 85 year old father in the lurch, having removed their entire bathroom (it's an insurance claim job) and have now said they are too busy to carry on the work, funny, they weren't too busy to strip the entire room out!!! My parents stayed with me for 6 weeks, in a tiny one bed flat, now they are in a B & B which is totally unfair at their age. Shocking behaviour from everyone involved
