Katie's Luxury Cat Hotel

Absolutely fantastic I cant rate katie highly enough! I was so nervous about leaving my cat for the first time and she totally put me at ease with updates everyday!

Not only is Katie a wonderful person, she is of the upmost professional, and caring person anyone could wish to look after your babies. When I left my cat Tilly, I cried. However, within the an hour I received a photograph and update with how Tilly was doing. This was consistent throughout Tillys 5 day stay. The room was beautiful! To the point Im now saving to get a cat tree like one of the many was provided in the room. I would without a shadow of a doubt happily have Tilly stay with Katie again (if shell have Tilly again). Thank you Katie, and lots of love from Tilly and I xxx

Alfie had a fantastic stay and this was the first time we didn't need to worry about him whilst we were away. From arranging to fit us in to administering meds that our senior needed Katie was amazing with him. We weren't sure he would come home with us he enjoyed himself that much! If you want your cat to be truly looked after - Katie's Cat Hotel is the place to send them - truly a holiday home for cats!

Wow! What an amazing service from first communication to even after collection! We managed to book our cat Oreo into one of Katie's cancellations, it was meant to be! From first contact, Katie was so friendly and helpful. We instantly felt reassured Oreo would be in the best hands. Lots of info about what to bring, what to inform Katie about so you can guarantee it will be a home away from home. Oreo stayed in the deluxe suite which was perfect for him with the en suite and the bed. We actually spotted him snoozing in the bay window when we went to collect him. Katie sent lots of photos and videos from day 1 and kept us updated (at no extra charge) which was brilliant and reassuring. It was Oreo's first time away from home and he settled in so quickly. It is obvious how much Katie genuinely loves spending time with each cat, such a lovely alternative to a cattery. Katie was keen to see that Oreo had settled back in at home after our return. He wasn't just another booking for her, he was one of her beloved furry friends! Katie even took amazing care of our little girls Cat Cat (cuddly toy) that she wanted to send with Oreo so he could remember her scent! Thank you so much for making this part of our holiday so much easier... I wish you took humans haha!
