I have never had a problem with rude staff like other reviews are saying , staff have always been helpful , I have just started the repeat prescription service , so will update review after a few prescriptions . Parking out side for 3 cars , wheelchair friendly access

Shocking customer service, rude and unfriendly .Text to inform me that my prescription is ready when it isnt is a regular occurrence. You will be lucky if they have the stock and if they dont they will not inform you.

Awful customer service at this branch of Boots. Take absolutely ages to get prescriptions ready, used to get much better service from the Gp surgery dispensary.

Recently moved into the area and have had 5 prescriptions from this branch. On each occasion, despite giving the required notice, the prescriptions were not ready when I came to collect. On checking with the surgery, I am assured that prescriptions are processed by them no later that the next day, so the delay appears to be with Boots. If they are taking over 5 - 7 days to process they either have a capacity or efficiency issues at the branch. And every time I do go to the branch, several other customers will be awaiting for prescriptions to be filled. Sorry, but I have now chosen another dispensary, however than will lessen their workload... Update Now have prescriptions filled by another branch of the same chemists, and on 2 occasions so far, both have been ready in THREE days... !!!
