Ghaz was fantastic, as I was quite nervous about the procedure but she put me at ease from the start and explained what was going to happen. The heat treatment was really relaxing, and when I woke up the next morning my eyes felt fresher. I would definitely recommend Eyedro!

I cannot recommend Eyedro enough! I recently went to see Neel and he could not have done more to help me. After suffering from dry eye/blepharitis for the past few months, it has been difficult to see a way out. From start to finish, Neel was so thorough about my treatment plan and I felt very reassured. He talked me through products, physiology, causes and aftercare in such comprehensive detail. I can already see an improvement and I feel confident in the aftercare. I honestly cannot praise Eyedro enough and I would recommend it to anyone with concerns. Some of my friends have had similar issues and I felt confident recommending Eyedro straight away! Came to the Eyedro Dry Eye Spa for a Platinum Eyedrotherapy Session for some anterior and posterior blepheritis treatment and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who really take a great interest and care for their patients. Will be returning very soon!

Had very bad dry eye from intense computer work and air conditioning, very uncomfortable for many years. Talking to Neil during an eye test I tried the treatment which has worked tremdoulsy. I also learned the tear ducts blocking are the problem and if left can seal permanently. If you are having problems even with glasses I would strongly recommend trying this.
