Unfortunately Pure Vehicle Leasing provided inaccurate and misleading information at quotation stage. Due to poor customer service I would not recommend their business.

This review should be 1 star!!!! We originally leased 2 cars from Ryan 3 years ago and the whole experience was spot on couldnt of asked for any more, however I have returned to order 2 new cars and found out that Ryan has left and I was passed to Damian, my first contact was roughly 6 months ago with very little help and communication was poor, I then received another email on Thursday 16 June from Damian asking me if wed had made a decision on our current car, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and replayed asking him what they could offer me with my budget, once again Im still waiting for an answer, hence I will not be using pure vehicle leasing again, if Ryan wasnt as good as he was it would have been 1 star

Last week, after a 12 month wait, I finally took delivery of my Audi Q3. The delay is no reflection on Ben Lawson and the Pure Vehicle Team but due to the ongoing issue of microchips and pandemic delays. I rarely write reviews but wanted to share my positive experience. As Ben, personally stepped in to rectify an issue with my initial order. Ben is friendly, responsive and clearly knowledgeable from his vast experience in the industry. His ability to manage my expectations and frustrations (not easy) has made the leasing process as a first-timer very easy. I will definitely use Pure Vehicle again and would highly recommend to family and friends!

It was great dealing with from start till the delivery of the car. Such a great team they really care for their customers. Definitely I recommend Pure Vehicle Leasing.
