Heathersett: If I could give zero stars I would, reception staff aren't fit for purpose other than arguing with patients. The reception is too small and the perspex screen makes it impossible to hear the person talking whilst competing with other patients talking in the vicinity. Arrivals screen is useless, didn't book us in and doesn't advise if it believes you're late, which we weren't. "Computer says no!" Whoever designed the system doesn't have a clue about application design. Huge queues with only one member of staff on the desk whilst able bodied "patients" chase up "sick notes", at the expense of other patients trying to announce an arrival. The scores and sentiments on these reviews speak for themselves and agree with my experience, it's consistently bad and the CQC should have this group of surgeries in special measures. Best bit was the reception staff member slagging me off when she thought I was out of earshot. First class care.... The worst bit is when you argue with people of such low intellectual capability, they drag you down to their level, and beat you with experience.

Phoned for help yesterday before we spoke We got what it felt like abuse from the receptionist we felt a total inconvenience what has happened to this surgery and its illusive Doctors

Nice staff but litterly never has their online forms available. For people who can't call in for help we are basically left unable to contact them at all.

Terrible just terrible, not the staffs fault but the worst surgery and they don't care one bit.. awful
