        The Introduction to Sports Cars day was a fantastic experience. Run by a really friendly bunch, you get to learn a lot about the rich history of Lotus, and the construction and handling of the Lotus Emira. The track instructors have amazing credentials and are skilled teachers, giving you just enough feedback for you to improve quickly, without overwhelming you. I will be looking to return. The flapjacks caused quite a stir, make sure you try one.
