We are moving to the area from the Midlands, and Alex has just completed a level 2 survey for us. His customer service has been excellent and his report was comprehensive and delivered to us within a week. Based on his conclusions and advice we are investigating further before committing to purchase. Alex is absolutely brilliant and outstanding in every way. Before Id appointed him, he spent time listening to my concerns about the property and explaining things to me. On the day of the survey he called me and explained his findings in detail. A few days later he sent me his report, and I was very impressed with how thorough and detailed it was. Alex spent time explaining it all to me and highlighting the areas of concern. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and explained things well so that I understood them. I feel so fortunate to have found him, and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who is looking for a surveyor.

I would thoroughly recommend Eastgate Property Surveying. Alex was fabulous from start to finish. Once the survey had been carried out, he rang me to go through all of the details and to discuss any concerns he had. I then received the report within a week of the survey being carried out. The efficiency and communication was excellent, thank you.
