        I've been to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, the James B. Hunt Jr. Library, Moscows Institute for Scientific Information at the Russian Academy of Sciences and Beijings National Library of China but Pensby Library beats them all. Jonny Large told me as he used to live in Pensby.

        A warm and friendly place with tidy shelves and smiling staff who are welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. When there is a toddlers activity on in the children 's library the happy atmosphere would make Scrooge smile.
