        I've been coming on and off since 2019 ive done a mix of pregnancy, post natal with babies and mixed ability classes. The physios are all fabulous. Highly recommend. Debs is so passionate, caring and knowledgeable and a great baby whisperer when the babies are fussy in the class.

        5 stars are less for the commitment and hard work put by Debbie and Leah. I have been fortunate enough to have joined Pilate by Physio online due to all the lockdown and restriction placed, but I must say the way Debbie and the other staffs are working out online, it feels that they are in our own living rooms.Thank you for your work and help to keep us all in shape this past year.

        I have had a health condition that has made pilates impossible for 4+ years but Pilates by Physio have helped me begin to get my strength and energy back and have also helped with specific physio appointments which have been great. They are friendly, welcoming and helpful. I strongly recommend!
