Richie is an all round great coach. I used his nutrition coaching service a few years ago to lose some weight but more importantly to fuel my running properly. As a running coach myself, it's great to have someone in my corner helping me! I've switched focus recently to getting some upper body strength to aid my swimming. I had shoulder trouble but wasn't able to get any physio during lockdown. So Richie built me a plan to start slowly. After 3 months, I am really seeing progress in my exercises and I have taken 3 minutes off my swimming mile PB! A great trainer! Fun to work with, very motivating, sessions are really personalised. I loved working with Rich, would definitely recommend for anything from fitness, weight to nutrition, or just for a fun workout!!

Most excellent Personal Trainer!! Richard works hard from the moment he meets you to understand what you want from training. His knowledge, understanding & application of nutrition and exercise methods allowed me to achieve more than I ever thought possible!! Couldnt recommend highly enough.

Richard is an excellent PT. He provides a structured exercise plan, nutrition plan and weekly feedback. He takes time to understand your goals so you know these plans are perfectly tailored for you He is motivational and encouraging throughout each one-2-one PT session. He adapted these sessions based on my injuries (and lack of ability ha!) and also created sessions I can do in my own gym based on available equipment. The weekly feedback & contact you have with him enables you to stay motivated and make any adjustments if required. Highly recommend
