I've switched focus recently to getting some upper body strength to aid my swimming. I had shoulder trouble but wasn't able to get any physio during lockdown. So Richie built me a plan to start slowly. After 3 months, I am really seeing progress in my exercises and I have taken 3 minutes off my swimming mile PB! I really like using his fitness app and checking in with Richie once a week to keep me accountable.

He is motivational and encouraging throughout each one-2-one PT session. He adapted these sessions based on my injuries (and lack of ability ha!) and also created sessions I can do in my own gym based on available equipment.
The weekly feedback & contact you have with him enables you to stay motivated and make any adjustments if required. Highly recommend
